General Information

• You may complete the registration online or through the mail.
  • On-line registration is now available. Please note that you will need to have the volunteer assignment, workshop preference, and health information for each registrant (see the SI 2008 Brochure for more information). To register online, you should click for number of registrants below. For more than 4, please fill out multiple forms.

    Even if registering online, you will need to mail a check or complete a separate credit card form to complete the registration process.

  • To register by mail, you should print the registration packet along with the registration form . The registration form is on two pages to make it easy to print. If you have acess to a large format printer, you may prefer to use print single-page 11x17 version of the registration form.
    
  • If you are registering a youth,  please fill out the youth and parent/sponsorship agreement forms in registration packet and send in with the deposit.  These forms will not be accepted without signatures of the youth, the parent/guardian and, if any, the sponsor.
    
  • There are individual versions from the registration packet of the Health Information Form, the Youth Agreement, and the Youth Parent Sponsor Agreement, if needed.

  • Please check the Youth Program contract for all signatures: Parent, Teen Youth & Sponsor.
  • Everyone must be pre-registered, including infants and staff. No walk-ins or phone registrations. Workshops fill up fast, so register early.
  • All full campership people will be charged a $25 registration fee to help defray SI costs.
  • Registrations will not be accepted without a deposit. A check or credit card number for at least one-half of the total due must accompany the registration form; the balance will be due upon arrival or, if paying by credit card, the balance will be due on July 1st.
  • Pay in full by June 1st and receive a free t-shirt. One per registration form. Pay in full from June 1 to July 1 and receive a $5.00 coupon for the SI Bookstore.
  • $25 per person is nonrefundable in case of cancellation by June 21, $50 per person for cancellation after that date.
  • Donations to the Scholarship Fund are very much appreciated. A lot of us making even modest donations bring the SI opportunity to many more people.
  • Visitors are welcome but must register regardless of how short the stay.
  • Two full paying people are required in each room. Single rate guarantees no roommate.
  • Price includes registration and program fees, meals, and room from Sunday PM to Saturday AM. Our rates include $7.50 for Ohio-Meadville District program fee.
  • Your confirmation letter will provide travel instructions, a list of things to bring, and other pertinent data. If you do not receive a confirmation letter by July 1st, contact Registrar Evelyn Walzer at (716) 763-2741 or registrar@omdsi.org
  • Kenyon College will make every effort to accommodate people with disabilities. Please note special needs on your registration form.
  • $75 late registration fee is waived for Young Adults attending the YA Con, which runs Thurs-Sat (not Fri-Sat as listed on page 10 of the brochure)..
